Bookings & Confirmation

A travel arrangement is considered confirmed only after the required confirmation and payment or advance payment has been received as communicated by Excellence Travels.

A quotation or proposal does not guarantee availability until the booking has been confirmed. Prices and availability may change before confirmation based on the availability and pricing of hotels, airlines, transport providers and other suppliers.

Payments

Payment terms will be communicated at the time of quotation or booking and may vary depending on the nature and size of the trip.

For corporate and group bookings, advance payments may be required to secure accommodation, transportation, activities or other travel arrangements. Failure to make payments within the agreed timeline may result in cancellation or modification of the booking and applicable charges may apply.

Excellence Travels may arrange services through third party providers such as hotels, airlines, transport operators, activity providers and other travel suppliers. These services are subject to the respective provider’s terms, conditions, availability and operational policies.

While we make reasonable efforts to work with reliable service providers, Excellence Travels is not responsible for circumstances directly caused by a third-party provider that are beyond our reasonable control.

Changes to Itinerary

Travel itineraries may occasionally need to be changed due to weather conditions, operational requirements, traffic, local restrictions, supplier availability or other unforeseen circumstances.

Where reasonably possible, Excellence Travels will communicate significant changes and make suitable alternative arrangements. Any additional cost resulting from a change requested by the client or traveller may be charged separately.

Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation and refund terms vary depending on the services booked and the policies of the relevant service providers. For corporate and group bookings, the applicable cancellation and refund conditions will be specified in the relevant quotation, booking confirmation or service agreement. Traveller Responsibilities

Travellers are responsible for providing accurate information required for their travel arrangements and ensuring that all necessary travel documents are valid and available. Travellers must also comply with applicable laws, regulations, hotel rules, transport-provider rules and instructions provided during the trip. Excellence Travels is not responsible for losses or additional expenses arising from incorrect information or failure to carry required documents.

Liability

Excellence Travels will make reasonable efforts to provide the services confirmed in your booking. However, we shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, losses or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Such circumstances may include natural disasters, severe weather, government restrictions, strikes, political disturbances, pandemics, transportation disruptions or other unforeseen events.
